The Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity fall behind in sixth inning in 6-4 loss to Gardner-Edgerton

Chase Robinson had a hot bat for the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity. Chase went 2-3 and scored two runs. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the seventh inning.

#14 recorded the win for Gardner-Edgerton. He allowed three runs over six innings. #14 struck out six, walked one and gave up seven hits.
Will Brennan was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
The bottom of the second saw Gardner-Edgerton take an early lead, 1-0. #4started the rally for Gardner-Edgerton with a single. A stolen base then moved #4 from first to second. #14 singled, scoring #4.
The Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity scored one run in the fifth inning, and then followed it up with one more in the seventh. In the fifth, the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity scored on an RBI single by Chance Nelson, bringing home Ryan Brady.
After a quick strike from the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity, Gardner-Edgerton responded with one run in the fifth. Gardner-Edgerton scored on a sacrifice fly by #21.
Gardner-Edgerton stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the sixth, scoring four runs on a two-run double by #16 and two hit into a fielder's choices.
