Despite hit advantage, the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity drop 6-3 game to BV North

The Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity lost 6-3 in seven innings at BV DAC-S (Blue Valley NW) on Tuesday, despite outhitting Blue Valley North nine to six.

Blue Valley North had no answer for Tristan Perkins, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Blue Valley North managed just one hit off of the the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his three innings of work.

Agre got the win for Blue Valley North. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out five, walked four and surrendered nine hits.

Ryan Cyr took the loss for the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity. He allowed six runs in three innings, walked three and struck out four.

The top of the first saw the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity take an early lead, 1-0. A single by Mitch Rogers, plating Ryan Brady started the inning off.

Blue Valley North never surrendered the lead after the third inning, scoring three runs on an error and an RBI single by Ernst.

Two runs in the top of the seventh helped the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity close their deficit to 6-3. A two-run double by Chase Robinson sparked the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity's rally. Agre ended the game by getting Daniel Wells to strike out.
