Brandon Lee brought home the go-ahead run to give the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity the lead in the seventh inning, as the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity hung on to beat SM South 7-4 on Saturday.
Caeden Harris was hit by a pitch to get on base in the seventh. He then went from first to second on a single by Mitch Rogers.
Brandon racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity.
Will Brennan recorded the win for the Blue Valley Tigers Baseball Varsity. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out two, walked two and surrendered eight hits.
Womack took the loss for SM South. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
The bottom of the first saw SM South take an early lead, 1-0. SM South's rally started when Marshall Bland singled. A stolen base then moved Marshall from first to second.
